NUMBER 2. A famous italian explorer who is best known for accidently stumbled upon continent known today as "America". This extraodinary man named
Christopher Columbus was inspired by a man named Marco Polo who was also
phenomenal explorer. After Christopher read about this man, Christopher set off on a voyage. sailed out towards Japan for trade (that was the intial plan) as he intended. But things did not turn as he wanted and he sailed towards America. When Christopher set foot on America he documented this every ground he stood on as the "new world". Later on the context of western imperialism started to form. Christopher Columbus later passed away on 1506.
Side note: Christopher Columbus was not the first man who discovered the "new world" also known as America.
